A wooden PC for Wintergatan’s Martin Molin, designed in Belgium
Two months of weekly calls with Linus Tech Tips ended with the designers’ names etched into the case.

In 2021, bandleader Martin Molin of the band Wintergatan needed a new computer. Together with Sebastiaan Jansen I designed a prototype wooden PC case in SolidWorks, inspired by Martin’s Marble Machine X.
Over the course of two months we had weekly meetings with Alex Clark and Tynan Stack from Linus Tech Tips to finetune the design.
As a final touch, the names of the designers involved were etched into one of the case panels. The video of this project was posted on the LTT YouTube channel.
In short
A PC case made entirely out of wood, an awesome collaboration with Linus Tech Tips for Martin Molin from Wintergatan.
